About Us

We were both born in WA, and met in our home church's college Bible study. In the fall of 2003, we both (as singles) attended Ecola Bible School in Cannon Beach, Oregon. After graduating, we both stayed in Cannon Beach to work and serve in a small local church's children's ministry. When the pastor and his wife moved on, Noe was asked to be the interim pastor for a year, which he accepted. Lisa stepped up as the children's director at that time. In the fall of 2005, Noe accepted the role of pastor at the church, and proposed to Lisa. We were married in 2006, and served at the church until fall 2008.

Following our time in Oregon, we moved back to Washington. Shortly after arriving, we were accepted for enrollment at New Tribes Bible Institute. Both of us have had the same desire over the years: to take the Gospel to those who have never heard. (Romans 15:20-21) And so we began this first step of training with New Tribes Mission (NTM).

After the two years of intensive chronological Bible study, we both graduated from NTBI. We were accepted to NTM's Missionary Training Center and received 1.5 years of training for Tribal Church Planting. After graduation, Lisa completed the Linguistics course, following which we moved back to the Pacific Northwest to prepare to move overseas.

We plan to be involved in tribal church planting in Papua New Guinea, and are currently in PNG learning the national language and culture, forming our church planting team, and deciding what people group we will serve among. Feel free to contact us for additional details. We're excited to be a part of what God is doing in this country!

We now have two beautiful daughters who are excited to be doing this with us!
